Reroll priorities are not a tutorial pool

Game8’s all-character reroll table puts Hugo at SS; S+ includes Tenebria, Hilde, Rossweisse, Veronica, Narja, Diana, Haru and Tiphera. Availability still depends on the banner. This does not mean the tutorial or beginner banner can award every listed character.

Game8 describes completing the prologue and Chaos Manifestation tutorial, collecting mailbox rewards, and using Rescue. Special Request Rescue and the currently featured rate-up are separate pools. Its longer route reaches Captain Level 10 for event access and more starter rewards.

The cited guide describes Reset Server as deleting that server’s user data. Treat that as loss of progress. Resetting server data is a different operation from unlinking a platform account; no general unlink or platform-transfer guarantee is established here.
