This site loads measurement, session replay and ads by default, then lets you withdraw in one click. The site uses two localStorage keys: the consent record and the hidden state of the fixed ad bar. Reject stops subsequent vendor loading and is remembered for 180 days.
Who and what
The operator is reachable at [email protected]. Pages are static files. The third parties that load here are Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Adsterra (Native Banner and Social Bar) and Cloudflare hosting. This site embeds no YouTube player; official videos are reached through an outbound link.
Default loading and your choice
Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load on the first view, without waiting for a click. The banner remains available until an explicit choice and offers Accept and Reject. Reject disables GA collection, turns Clarity and the ads off, sets analytics and advertising consent signals to denied, and is stored for 180 days. It reloads the page to unload vendor code already running. The Google tag library is still requested, with collection disabled. Accept keeps them on for 180 days. Cookie settings in the footer brings the banner back at any time.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are treated as Reject: when either signal is on, the vendors are not loaded. If you have never chosen, the site behaves as granted, as described by this implementation.
Google Analytics 4
Purpose: count page views and see which guides are read. The measurement ID is G-254GK4KW3H, loaded from googletagmanager.com, and data is sent to google-analytics.com. The property retention setting was not verified in this review. You can block measurement with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by rejecting here.
Cookies include _ga and _ga_<identifier>. Duration depends on property settings. See the linked Google documentation for IP handling; this site does not claim that Analytics stores full visitor IP addresses.
Microsoft Clarity
Purpose: heatmaps and session replay so layout problems are visible. Clarity project z46jpg72nv is loaded from clarity.ms. Provider masking settings were not verified by this review. You can withdraw on this site with Reject, which calls clarity("consentv2") with ad_Storage and analytics_Storage denied.
Microsoft documents _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM cookies. Duration and masking depend on provider settings. Requests can use clarity.ms and Microsoft bing.com endpoints.
Adsterra advertising
Purpose: show the Native Banner at the end of an article and the Social Bar fixed at the bottom of the page. Publisher id 3403020, website 6154403, units NativeBanner_1 (31947371) and SocialBar_1 (31947372). Adult ads are switched off in the Adsterra panel; this site does not request them. Ad delivery and demand partners can process device information, IP addresses and browser identifiers.
Adsterra and its demand partners may set cookies on bicea.org and on the creative domains they serve from, with names that vary by campaign, for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention, with campaign-dependent lifetimes that were not verified here. Provider opt-out links appear below. Reject on this site also removes the ad scripts.
Local first-visit browser checks on 2026-10-27 observed Adsterra delivery requests to static.nresystems.com, cdn.storageimagedisplay.com, cdn.show-creative1.com, cdn.show-sb.com and cdn.cloudpiko.com, in addition to bicea.org. These are default-loaded advertising delivery hosts, disabled on subsequent loads after Reject. Creative hosts can vary by campaign.
Cookies and localStorage keys
The site itself writes only the two localStorage keys below; everything else comes from the vendors named above. A Reject record keeps Clarity and Adsterra off until it expires after 180 days, and the hidden state of the Social Bar survives a reload for the same period.

Hosting, retention and your rights
Cloudflare delivers static pages and processes network information for delivery and security. No fixed hosting-log retention period was verified. This policy describes actual default loading; staying on the site is not presented as proof of legally valid consent. Reject cannot undo requests already sent or erase third-party cookies across other sites.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of mail you sent us, and object to measurement or advertising, by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. This policy changes by editing this page and its date.

Are the ads personalized?
Adsterra may personalize ads when the ad signals are granted. Reject sends all three ad signals as denied. Adsterra adult ads are switched off for this site, so the units only carry mainstream inventory.
