What the free rescues can buy
The official overview calls the 70-rescue offer Normal Combatant Free Rescue. It does not describe 70 free Rossweisse-banner pulls. The 14-day check-in anchors are a separately named reward; their timing and banner currencies should remain separate.

Selector coverage: one secondary source
Game8 says the selectors cover through Fei and Ruixiang, excluding Seasonal combatants. This pool detail is single-source in the text retrieved here; the official overview confirms the selector rewards but does not enumerate their complete pools. Do not promise seasonal Rossweisse or every future release.
